Items needed toclaim a prize of more than $600

To claim any prize of more than $600, you will need to present the originals of the following:

The winning ticket

A valid, government-issued photo identifi cation. The identifi cation may be:

State-issued driver’s license or state ID card

Military identifi cation

Passport

Your Social Security card.

The names on the photo identifi cation and the Social Security card must match exactly for any prize claim to be processed.
