How do I claim an online prize

For all online prizes of $600 and below, the prize won will automatically be deposited into the player’s wallet.

For all online prizes of greater than $600,

• instant game prizes - a prize notification will be presented at the time of the win.
• draw-based game prizes - a notification will be presented when a player logs in for the first time after theapplicable drawing has occurred. If a ticket is for multiple draws and wins multiple prizes, a notificationwill be presented each time a player logs in after each “winning” drawing.

For both online instant and draw-based game prizes, players are given the opportunity to “Claim Prize” nowor claim “Later”. The following are samples of the applicable notification that is described above:

The following sections outline the process after the “Later” button is selected.

Mobile Phone

1.

Sign In from the menu. The menu is accessible by selecting the “?” icon in the upper-left portion of yourscreen. Select “Sign in” from the mobile menu and enter your Michigan Lottery account credentials.

Select “My Account” from the mobile menu.

3.

Select “Tax Reported Prizes” from the History menu.

4.

From the drop-down menu, choose “All” and “Show”.

5.

On the Tax Reported Prizes screen, a player will look for prizes in the status of “Not Started” and select“Submit Claim” next to each prize. Each prize will need to be claimed individually.

6.

Once “Submit Claim” is selected, it will again provide the player with the prize value and allow them to“Claim Prize” or claim “Later”. To continue to claim a prize, select “Continue”.

7.

If not already on file, the system will request the player’s full social security number. The player mustcomplete the requested information and read and check both boxes to acknowledge acceptance and

then select “Submit” to continue the process.

8.

Once submitted, a player will receive a confirmation and the net prize amount will be deposited into theplayer’s wallet.

Winnings of $10 and greater are immediately available for withdrawal. Please see How Do I Withdraw MyWinnings FAQ to request a withdrawal of winnings.

Sign In and select your name to open the Account Menu.

2.

Select “My Account” and then “Tax Reported Prizes” from the History menu.
