Prizes up to $600 may be claimed at a retailer. Retailers aren't required to pay out prizes, but the vastmajority do as a service to players. Some retailers also may limit the size of the prize that they will redeem.

Prizes of $601 to $99,999.99 may be claimed at a Lottery regional office or a designated claim center byappointment only. For more details and locations for regional offices and claim centers, please go to:

Prizes of $100,000 or more must be claimed at the Lottery headquarters, located at 101 E. Hillsdale indowntown Lansing. Please call Lottery Player Relations at 844-917-6325, option 2, to schedule anappointment.

Each winner must present a winning ticket, originals of their valid government-issued photo ID (typically adriver’s license or state ID) and Social Security card in order to claim a prize. Also, the names on the photo IDand the Social Security card must match exactly for the prize claim to be processed.
