• Verification documents cannot be handwritten
• Only account change requests (e.g., name, email, address) may be handwritten
• Required information must appear on the same document

Step-by-Step Instructions

Submit Documents Online (Preferred Method)

• Log in to your account

• Navigate to:

• My Account → Tools → Secure Document Upload

• Upload documents by:

• Dragging file OR
• Selecting “Add New Upload”

• Add a description including your username

• Click Submit

Submit Documents by Mail

If unable to upload documents online, send to:
