Step-by-Step Instructions
Submit Documents Online (Preferred Method)
• Log in to your account
• Navigate to:
- My Account → Tools → Secure Document Upload
• Upload documents by:
- Dragging file OR
- Selecting “Add New Upload”
• Add a description including your username
• Click Submit
Submit Documents by Mail
If unable to upload documents online, send to:
