  1. Confirm with the player that they received a message indicating an account already exists.

  2. Search for the player in NeoSphere:

    • Use the “Searching for Players in NeoSphere” process to locate the account.
  3. Identify the correct account:

    • Confirm the account using available identifying information.
  4. Assist the player with account access using appropriate workflows:

    • Email issues → Use Email Address Change or Invalid Email in NeoSphere
    • Phone number issues → Use Phone Number Change
    • Password issues → Use How to Assist Player in Resetting Password or Troubleshooting Password Reset
  5. If multiple accounts are found:
