Step-by-Step Instructions

Initial Review (All Cases)

  1. Open the player’s account in NeoSphere.
  2. Check the “Limited Account” status in player details.
  3. Review the Messages tab for any “System ID Could Not Be Verified” notifications.
  4. Check the Pending Prizes tab for any large or pending prize claims.

Unidentified Account

  1. Confirm the account has not been fully verified. In Neosphere their account will show under Limited Account as "Unidentified Account."
  2. Confirm the Account Enabled box is not check and the disabling reason is other
  3. Confirm Under Fraud Suspect, "Issues with Player's Identity"
  4. Follow the “Resolving Unidentified Players” protocol for next steps.


Unlimited Account

  1. Confirm the account has not been fully verified. In Neosphere their account will show under Limited Account as "None."
  2. Confirm the Account Enabled box is not check and the disabling reason is other
  3. Confirm Under Fraud Suspect, "Issues with Player's Identity"
