General Information

Subscriptions (Auto Renew) allow players to automatically purchase draw game tickets on a recurring basis.

⚠️ Important:

  • Subscriptions can ONLY be purchased using a debit or credit card
  • Players can edit or cancel subscriptions at any time (unless on hold)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Purchasing a Subscription / Auto Renewal

• Add draw game tickets/numbers to the cart

• Select “Subscribe” or “Auto Renew” and toggle to Yes

• Click Checkout

• Enter or confirm debit/credit card payment

• Complete purchase


Subscription Types (By Brand)

MSL:

  • Weekly Subscription (initial: 2 weeks, billed weekly)
  • Jackpot Threshold ($100M–$1B, activates when reached)

WVL:

  • Bi-weekly Auto Renewal (initial: 3 weeks, billed bi-weekly)
