Subscriptions (Auto Renew) allow players to automatically purchase draw game tickets on a recurring basis.
⚠️ Important:

- Subscriptions can ONLY be purchased using a debit or credit card
- Players can edit or cancel subscriptions at any time (unless on hold)

Step-by-Step Instructions
Purchasing a Subscription / Auto Renewal
• Add draw game tickets/numbers to the cart
• Select “Subscribe” or “Auto Renew” and toggle to Yes
• Click Checkout
• Enter or confirm debit/credit card payment
• Complete purchase
Subscription Types (By Brand)
• MSL:
- Weekly Subscription (initial: 2 weeks, billed weekly)
- Jackpot Threshold ($100M–$1B, activates when reached)
• WVL:
- Bi-weekly Auto Renewal (initial: 3 weeks, billed bi-weekly)

- Responsible Gaming limits

• On hold subscriptions:
- Cannot be cancelled by the player
- Will automatically cancel if not resolved
Resolving On Hold Status
• Update payment method
