Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Verify Deposit Status
- Confirm the deposit is pending in NeoSphere (not just on the player’s bank side)
- Check the transaction ID and timestamp
2. Ask Player About Bank Activity
If Funds Were Taken from Bank
- Treat as a Missing Deposit case
- Follow Missing Deposit protocol
If Funds Were NOT Taken from Bank
- Note this clearly in the case
- Proceed with Compliance action
3. Determine Timing
If deposit has been pending for LESS than 1 hour:
- Advise player to wait up to 1 hour for completion
If deposit has been pending for OVER 1 hour:
- Escalate to Compliance
4. Escalation Requirements
If escalation is needed:
- Request Compliance to decline the pending transaction
- Include:
- Transaction ID
- Date and time of deposit
- Note confirming whether funds were withdrawn or not
5. Additional Player Guidance
- Advise the player:
- Do not attempt another deposit until the pending one is resolved
- If funds are later withdrawn:
- Player must provide bank statement
