Where can I view my reward entries?
You can view your eligible reward entries from the My Reward Entries page in your Michigan Lottery account.
How do I find entries for a specific drawing?
Use the available filters (Upcoming Draws/Past Draws), then select Show to view your entries. For Past Draws you can also filter by date.
Why don’t I see an entry I recently earned?
New entries may take some time to appear. If you believe an eligible entry is missing, please contact Michigan Lottery Customer Support.
Do my entries expire?
Entries are valid only for the applicable promotion or drawing. Refer to the official rules for that promotion for entry deadlines and drawing details.
Where can I find the rules for a promotion?
Official rules and eligibility requirements are available on the applicable promotion or event page.
How will I know if I win?
Winners will be notified according to the rules and notification process for the applicable promotion or drawing.
