• Verify ID documentation:

  • Navigate to General Tab
  • Set ID Verification = Required
  • Set Reason = Cashout
  • Save changes
  • Click ✅ Approve ID

• Navigate to the Payments Tab

  • Confirm the Venmo account name matches the lottery account name

If Venmo Name Matches

• Confirm all requirements:

  • Documents approved in Documents Tab
  • ID approved in General Tab
  • Payment method approved in Payments Tab (if required)

• Resolve all cashout rules

✅ Player is ready for cashout
✅ No case required


If Venmo Name Does NOT Match

• Locate pending withdrawal:

  • Go to Payments Tab → Cashier Transactions
  • Set status to Pending if needed
  • Click View

• Select the Unique Transaction ID

• In transaction window:

  • Select Declined
  • Set reason: Other
  • Save changes

Block Venmo Account

• In Payments Tab:

  • Set Block Period = Permanent
  • Set Blocking Reason = Other (block for current player only)
  • Check ✅ Not Eligible for Withdrawal
  • Set Documents Required = None
  • Save changes

Next Steps After Decline

• Create decline cashout case

• Proceed with Payment Method Name Mismatch process if applicable
