Bank Draft is an alternative withdrawal method available for select lottery brands when electronic withdrawal options are not available or suitable.
⚠️ Important:
- Bank Draft is NOT enabled by default
- Must be manually enabled by an operator (agent)

- Bank Draft withdrawal option
- Alternative withdrawal method due to limitations with other methods
Step-by-Step Instructions
Enable Bank Draft in Backend
Navigate to the player’s account in NeoSphere
Go to the General Tab
Locate and check:
- ✅ Wire Transfer / Bank Draft option
Click Save Changes
Post-Enablement Actions
1. Send Notification Email
- Use template:
- #Compliance Bank Draft Payment Method Approved
2. Case Management
- Update existing case or create a new case (if needed)
- Document that Bank Draft has been enabled
- Mark case as Resolved
Key Rules
Only enable Bank Draft when:
- Required by the player
- Approved per operational guidelines
Always:
- Send confirmation email
- Document the action in case notes
