General Information

Bank Draft is an alternative withdrawal method available for select lottery brands when electronic withdrawal options are not available or suitable.

⚠️ Important:

  • Bank Draft is NOT enabled by default
  • Must be manually enabled by an operator (agent)

To guide agents in enabling Bank Draft as a withdrawal option and ensuring proper communication and documentation.

  • Bank Draft withdrawal option
  • Alternative withdrawal method due to limitations with other methods

Step-by-Step Instructions

Enable Bank Draft in Backend

  1. Navigate to the player’s account in NeoSphere

  2. Go to the General Tab

  3. Locate and check:

    • Wire Transfer / Bank Draft option
  4. Click Save Changes


Post-Enablement Actions

1. Send Notification Email

  • Use template:
    • #Compliance Bank Draft Payment Method Approved

2. Case Management

  • Update existing case or create a new case (if needed)
  • Document that Bank Draft has been enabled
  • Mark case as Resolved

Key Rules

  • Only enable Bank Draft when:

    • Required by the player
    • Approved per operational guidelines

    • Send confirmation email
