General Information
After all required withdrawal documents have been reviewed and approved, the withdrawal request must be manually advanced to the next stage of processing.
This is the second step in the cashout workflow:
- Document verification
- ✅ Send to cashout (resolve rules)
- Final approval and payout
The system relies on rule resolution to determine that the player is eligible for payment.

To ensure all withdrawal requirements are completed and the system properly recognizes the account as ready for payment processing.
Scenario / Use Case
A player has submitted all required documents, and their withdrawal is pending but has not yet been sent for processing.
Step-by-Step Instructions
• Confirm all cashout documentation is complete and approved:
- Documents Tab → Approved
- General Tab → ID approved (if required)
- Payment Method → Approved (if required)
Resolve Cashout Rules
• Navigate to:
- Unique Withdrawal Requests Management
• Set filters:
- Request Date = Set Range
- From Date = 1 month prior
- To Date = Current date
• Enter Player ID
• Click Show
Resolve Each Rule
• Review all listed rules for the withdrawal
• For each rule:
- Click Save to resolve it
Confirm Completion
• Once all rules are resolved:
- The transaction will change from red → green
✅ This indicates the withdrawal is now submitted for processing

- All rules must be resolved individually before the withdrawal can proceed
- If even one rule remains unresolved, the withdrawal will not advance
- Always double-check document approval before resolving rules
