A: What payment methods are accepted on the Gemini Touch self-serve machines?

The new Gemini Touch machines will allow for swipe (cards with a magnetic stripe, no EMV), dip (cards with EMV), or tap (NFC mobile wallets) to be used to load credits on the machines. All debit card and credit card brands are accepted along with most NFC mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, etc. This functionality is referred to on these machines as “Pay with Card.”

B: Which machines will allow the “Pay with Card” option?

As of July 3, 2018, the new Gemini Touch self service machines will accept “Pay with Card” loads.

C: How do I pay using a “Pay with Card” payment method?

You will swipe or dip your card or tap your device to load money onto the machine before making your ticket selection.

D: What is the maximum amount that I can load onto a self service machine?

A maximum of $100 may be loaded onto a self service machine. This applies to all “Pay with Card” and cash loads. The full amount loaded must be used before additional monies may be added to the machine.

E: Will my card information be stored on the machine?

No, your card information won't be stored on the machine. The machine encrypts the card number at the time of payment.

F: Will the Lottery have access to my card or personal information?

No, the Lottery won't have access to your card or personal information.

G: What happens if the machine times out?

You will receive a message after inactivity. If the session ends, call 1-855-645-6886 for assistance.

H: Will I receive a receipt?

You will be given the option to print a receipt.

I: Receipt for winning ticket credits?

A receipt will print after validation.

J: How do I get assistance?
