Step-by-Step Instructions
Requesting a Debit Card Withdrawal
Instruct the player to log into their account.
Navigate to:
- My Account > Withdraw Funds
Select Withdraw Funds again.
Choose Withdraw to Debit Card.
Enter the withdrawal amount.
Complete Two Factor Withdrawal Authentication if prompted.
Click Submit.
If successful:
- Confirmation is displayed
- Funds move to a pending withdrawal request status
Adding a New Debit Card
From the dropdown, select Add New Card.
Enter required card details:
- Name on card
- Card number
- Expiration date
- CVV code
System automatically identifies card type (Visa or Mastercard).
Important Notes:
- Only compatible Visa/Mastercard debit cards can be used
- If a previously used card does not appear, it is not eligible for withdrawal
- Card will be saved only after the first successful withdrawal
Withdrawal Status
Players can view withdrawal status in:
- My Account > Withdraw Funds
Agents can view status in NeoSphere > Payments tab:
- Pending: Awaiting Compliance approval
- Approved: Approved by Compliance
- Closed (Approved): Completed request
Processing Timelines
Initial processing: 48 business hours
If documents are required: requested via email
After approval:
- Funds arrive in 1 business day (Visa/Mastercard)
If required actions are not completed within 7 calendar days:
- Withdrawal is declined
- Funds return to account balance
Required Documents (if requested)
- Copy of ID
- Copy of debit card (if not previously used for deposit successfully)
Withdrawal Limits (Michigan State Lottery)**
- Minimum single withdrawal: $10
- Maximum single withdrawal: $2,000
- Maximum daily withdrawal: $10,000
- Maximum weekly withdrawal: $20,000
- Maximum daily count: 5
- Maximum weekly count: 10
Additional Notes:
- Limits are rolling (24 hours for daily, 7 days for weekly)
- Limits are calculated from the approval time, not submission time
- Only pending and approved withdrawals count toward limits
