Step-by-Step Instructions

Requesting a Debit Card Withdrawal

  1. Instruct the player to log into their account.

  2. Navigate to:

    • My Account > Withdraw Funds
  3. Select Withdraw Funds again.

  4. Choose Withdraw to Debit Card.

  5. Enter the withdrawal amount.

  6. Complete Two Factor Withdrawal Authentication if prompted.

  7. Click Submit.

  8. If successful:

    • Confirmation is displayed
    • Funds move to a pending withdrawal request status

Adding a New Debit Card

  1. From the dropdown, select Add New Card.

  2. Enter required card details:

    • Name on card
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVV code
  3. System automatically identifies card type (Visa or Mastercard).

Important Notes:

  • Only compatible Visa/Mastercard debit cards can be used
  • If a previously used card does not appear, it is not eligible for withdrawal
  • Card will be saved only after the first successful withdrawal

Withdrawal Status

Players can view withdrawal status in:

  • My Account > Withdraw Funds

Agents can view status in NeoSphere > Payments tab:

  • Pending: Awaiting Compliance approval

Processing Timelines

  • Initial processing: 48 business hours

  • If documents are required: requested via email

  • After approval:

    • Funds arrive in 1 business day (Visa/Mastercard)
  • If required actions are not completed within 7 calendar days:

    • Withdrawal is declined
    • Funds return to account balance
