Document Processing Timeline

Introduction:

• Note: The following instructions and scripting are for non-withdrawal processing only.
• For withdrawal delayed processing times, check if the delayed processing gems are still active
• If the gems are not active, then we’re back to normal processing times for withdrawals. 

All non-withdrawal request documents go to the accounting department on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Advising the Player:

• We do not provide time frames for these requests. We can advise the players that the documents are handled and reviewed in the order they are received. Furthermore, we can advise them to keep an eye on their inbox for further updates from the accounting department
• Suggested scripting:

Your request will be handled by our Accounting department in the order in which it was received, as all requests and document submissions are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please watch your emailinbox for further updates from Accounting
