Personal National ID (SSN) – US Brands Only | Could be entered into the system when the player performs an actionthat warrants the player to enter in their first 5 digits of their SSN. (Claim a major prize or first time deposit with an ACH) |

- SUBJECT: Your profile has been updated. The Michigan Lottery recently received a request to make changes to your account. If you requested the changes to your account please discard this notification.
