Change of Email or SMS Communication

When a player asks to subscribe or unsubscribe from email marking or SMS messages
 

1. Ask them to log into their account
2. Select ‘My Account’
3. Tools>Preferences
4. Toggle the email or text to their preference

If a player DOES NOT have access to their account
 

1. Verify the player’s information
2. In NeoSphere check or uncheck “Allow Emails” or “Allow SMS” per the players' preferences
3. Save the changes and refresh
