Account Already Exsits in System

  • If a player attempts registration and their information matches an existing account in the system, they will be advised there is already an account with matching information. They will be prompted to log in/sign in to their existing account. 
  • Search for active accounts in NeoSphere using the “Searching for Players in NeoSphere” document
  • Once you find their verified account, you can use the following documents to assist the player in logging into their account:
    1. “Email Address Change”
    2. “Invalid Email in NeoSphere”
    3. “Phone Number Change”
    4. “How to Assist Player in Resetting Password”
    5. “Troubleshooting Password Reset”
  • If you find multiple accounts, refer to “Mulitiple Accounts” documentation.
